I. How do we process your personal data?
As part of our activity, we process personal data for various purposes and to varying extents either:
a. without your consent based on the performance of the contract, our legitimate interest or due to the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or
b. based on your consent.
We process your data if you are the recipient of goods or services ordered from us, if you communicate with us through our business partner or another seller.
a. Processing based on contract performance
If you buy from us as a natural person, we process your personal data for the purpose of processing your order, your identification and contact data and data about your orders.
If you purchase from us as a representative of a legal entity, we process the same data for the same purpose based on our legitimate interest in concluding and fulfilling a contract with the person you represent.
The fact that we use this data for the purpose of processing your order means that we use it in particular:
- so that we can communicate with you about the order, for example to send you a confirmation of the order or to notify you about the shipment of the goods,
- for the needs of payment for goods; in this context, we may also transfer your data to our partners operating payment systems or insurers,
- for the needs of goods delivery; in this context, we may also transfer your data to our transport partners and our business partners,
- in connection with a complaint about ordered goods or services,
- in connection with your other requests to us.
For this purpose, we use personal data for the time necessary to process your order, or processing a contractual requirement such as a claim.
b. Processing based on legitimate interest
If you buy from us, we will keep your identification and contact details and details of your orders based on our legitimate interest (without your consent) for the purpose of protecting legal claims and our internal records and control. Our legitimate interests here are the protection of legal claims and control of the proper provision of our services.
II. What personal data do we process?
Identification data, which in particular means first and last name, username and password, or ID card number (in cases of identity verification) ID number and VAT number, if you are an entrepreneur.

Data about your orders, which are mainly data about the goods and services you ordered, the method of delivery and payment, including the payment account number, data about the use of the voucher, or data about complaints.
III. What are you entitled to as a customer?
1) Right of access to data
You have the right to know whether we are processing your personal data. as long as we process these, you can ask us to access the data. based on your request, we will issue a confirmation with information about the processing of your personal data by our company.
2) Right to repair
You have the right to have your personal data that we process correct, complete and up-to-date. if your personal data is incorrect or out of date, you can ask us to correct or supplement it.
3) Right to erasure
In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will delete your personal data if
we no longer need your personal data for the purpose for which you provided them.
d) Right to restriction of processing
You can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data. if we comply with your request, we will only store your personal data and will not work with them further.
e) Right to data portability
You have the right to request that we provide you with your personal data in an electronic form (eg an XML or CSV file) that allows you to easily transfer the data to another company.
f) Right to object
you have the right to object to us processing your personal data. If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you can object to their processing at any time. Based on the objection, we will delete your personal data
