We protect our designs!

The company WAKIVAKY is distinguished, for example, by having its own development and production of products. We use local resources for both. We cover the entire creative process from proposal, development, design, prototype testing to production itself.

As part of the development and testing of our products, several ideas and designs are created. Those prospective outputs represent the intellectual property that we are trying to protect. We implement protection mainly through the EUIPO European office.

In addition to the registration of the name and image brand WAKIVAKY, we currently also own trademarks for the FAINCASE, FAINBAG and HACHAI product lines. We are also currently working on obtaining trademarks directly for our product designs.

For the registration of the trademark WAKIVAKY and HACHAI, we received support from the grant program - Fund for MSP Ideas Powered for Business - which is a grant program created to help small and medium-sized enterprises in the EU in the field of intellectual property rights. The fund is an initiative of the European Commission, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). We received support from the program period from January 10, 2022 to December 16, 2022.
