HACHAI in the newly opened KOLO space

As part of the new KOLO area, the chill zone will also be equipped, among other things, with our upcycled HACHAI seat bags. Visitors to the reuse center can sit and relax on them. For the production of HACHAI, we used 41 kg of banners provided by OLO. By reusing these materials, we reduced the carbon footprint by up to 2.2 tons. The graphics that were on the banners created an original design of the beanbags, which will be a decoration and also a functional addition to the chill zone.

KOLO is a place of second chances for unnecessary but still functional things, and also a place full of experiences for people. It is a joint project of OLO company and the City Hall of the capital, which is very popular among Bratislava residents.

On May 14, 2023, a fire hit the KOLO operation, destroying the premises and equipment. The workers did not hesitate for a day, immediately rolled up their sleeves and began to restore the center. The reopening of the KOLO premises is scheduled for November 11, 2023.
